CEO

Karel Hlavacek

Karel holds a background in law and finance, having studied at the prestigious Charles University in Prague. With extensive experience as an investment professional, he has served as a long-standing director at Unicredit CAIB, playing a key role in advising on some of the most prominent M&A transactions in Eastern Europe. His expertise spans multiple sectors, including real estate and energy investments across emerging markets. Currently, Karel leads ENECAP GROUP as CEO, where he is particularly focused on advancing the group’s green energy initiatives.

Jaroslav Laur

Jaroslav is an accomplished finance leader, having graduated from the Prague University of Economics and Business. His career includes senior roles at major companies such as AAA Auto, UniCredit Leasing, and ALD Automotive, the leasing arm of Societe Generale. He has also owned and operated franchise branches for MBank and Moneta Money Bank. With deep expertise in financial management, sales, and marketing, Jaroslav heads the group’s automotive ventures and serves as CEO of AUTOSTAR, a member of the ENECAP GROUP.

INDUSTRY SECTOR

Martin Frelich

Martin, an alumnus of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague, brings a wealth of experience from senior roles in engineering. He has managed large EPC projects and investment contracts, with a particular focus on the energy and chemical industries. His career has encompassed leadership positions in companies specializing in metallurgy, engineering, and energy. Martin currently oversees the industrial segment of ENECAP GROUP and serves as CEO of TAMALA, a member of the ENECAP GROUP.
